This reply is considering that you are from India. You can customise your son's T-shirts, by choosing any design or material you want displayed either on his T-shirt or yours of your husbands.
You get something called as Heat transfer paper in the stationery shop. It is a digital printing heat transfer paper. You need to print (Deskjet printing) the contents on that paper and then place the same on the T-shirt and iron the back of the paper. The graphics /contents of the paper get transferred to the T-shirt and leaves and imprint. You can buy a plain T-shirt of your choice and have this done.
If you want to save the trouble, walk into any Reliance Web World store and ask for Digital Printing services and they will do the same for you. This can cost you anywhere between Rs.150 to 200/- if you go through them. (Reliance)

sorry to ask, but just curious to know y do u need to get ur son's t shirt printed that he loves u by your self? wont it be better f he do it himself wen he reach the age he s able to do and think of such things himself? no offence plz, r s t from some particular dance prog u r searchin for? well anyways as every one told u can get ur t shirt custom made, get plain t shirt and giv t for printin

look in stores like kohls,target,ross and marshalls.if not,go to a place like micheals or joanns' or any of you local craft stores for plain t-shirts.get some letter stencils and a marker that you use for drawing on fabric.if not,try and find a t-shirt customizing shop.I got my t-shirt customized.It was about 10.00 -good luck
