a 34C is perfect for 5'4. Is there a reason you're not happy with them? I guess that's the main thing is that you wish they were bigger. I think you should just learn to be happy with what you have. After all, the answer is the same as if you had asked how to become 5'7"....there is nothing you can do (without surgery).

Being big isn't all its cracked up to be. Your shoulders start to get divits in them from the weight of your breasts, when you get pregnant they blow up 3 sizes bigger and your shirts all get tight.
And whats worse, if you get implants I don't think that you can breastfeed your babies when that time comes in your life. That is a wonderous thing. Think about it. Good luck
Creams don't make them bigger, my friend tried it and said . she never went up a cup size ever by putting on the creams but didn't mind getting it put on by her boyfriend. :)

hi i tried exercise and my breast size increased i cant use my old clothes anymore as those are too tight around the breast now. try push ups or something similar. gaining weight helps as well. u can try to induce lactation to make breasts bigger and fuller
