These days most Kenmores are produced by Janome. Access their website and see if there is a place for online instructions.

You might also contact a local sewing machine dealer and see if they can order you an instruction booklet.

I own 5 machines, and have been sewing well over 30+ yrs. And I still use my instruction book occassionally...

What do you need to know? It would take forever to tell you how from bobbins, threading, settings what is the major problem other than reading the owners manual.
