In my state legal seperation dosent mean you can see someone it is still adultrey. He had the girlfriend during seperation and the other stuff started 3 months after we married. He supposidly has print offs of me saying I cheated on him but during seperation and only once. Is the stuff I have better, and will it hold in court?

Perhaps it may and you will definitely need an attorney to help you.

Judges have a way of weeding out the bullcrap. Did you cheat on him?2 wrongs dont make a right. However, it all boils down to your lawyer and how good he is. the judge may think you are both stupid and grant the divorce and go for a custody hearing later if you have kids. Unless there is a HUGE amount of money involved, let go and move on. It isnt worth the fees and the stress. Divorces are usually ugly cause you hate each other and want them to suffer legally. In the long run it isnt worth the torment. Someday if you can ever let go of your hate you will see that. Im much better off now that I let go. He is much less of a vindictive *** because I refuse to let him get to me. Good luck!

this sounds like it is going to a bitter and long seperation.....just get it over with and not fight...you are both better off without each other.

It doesn't matter as regrades the divorce, but can be used as regards custody.

Nope and I doubt it will hold up in court if that's all you got.
