Diaphoresis is the term for that. You've mentioned that you haven't been on a normal schedule so it could be stress-induced or anxiety attack. It could also be your having some metabolic problems. It's a very "indefinite" symptom but since you've mentioned about not being in a normal schedule and still feeling okei until now, more likely it's stress related. It wouldn't hurt to go to your personal doctor and consult this. You may have to undergo some tests to rule out the possible causes of this symptom but what the heck? An ounce of prevention is always worth a pound of cure =)

You have the same symptoms I do. My condition is called early menopause. You'd better see your gynecologist immediately.

All kidding aside, try to get back on a normal schedule, make sure you get enough sleep, and try to eat a little better too. It's amazing how such small things make a difference. Your body probably misses its former way of life, and you may be fighting off a cold or something too. Take care of yourself and you'll start feeling better. If you throw up, go to the doctor.

I don't know long this has been going on, but it sounds like you might have a stomach virus or something, maybe even food poisoning. You should go to a doctor and get it checked out anyway. Better safe than sorry. Hope you feel better soon.

i think your body is trying to tell you something, if you haven't been resting well or sleeping enough lately then that could be the reason. Don't over exert yourself, your body has its limits and if you do that it will compensate by making you fall sick. Eat well, rest well and hopefully you'll be fine. If also could be a sign that you're gonna fall sick, so if you don't improve or you develop a fever it is best you seek some medical attention.
