I have been trying for 18 months, and I often had experiences where I believed I could be pregnant, but never was. My Fertility Specialist told me that the biggest sign of not being pregnant is having a "FULL, REAL" Period. Meaning one that is as long as your normal period, and just as heavy. Lots of women "spot" all through their pregnancy, and this is mistaken for a period.

It is not possible to have a full, real period while pregnant, because that means that you are sloughing off your uterine lining, but your embryo just happens to stay attached.

If you had spotted, but didn't have a full, real period, you could be pregnant and you should take a pregnancy test. If you had a full, real period, you probably aren't pregnant. Good Luck to you and I hope that all goes well!!!

Maybe your period is coming on soon. Pregnancy symptoms are close to PMS symptoms. The only way you should consider pregnancy is if you have missed your period. Then take a pregnancy test, if that shows negative and you still haven't had your period, make an appointment at the clinic and do a blood test. good luck!

Take a pregnancy test. My mom had her period every month when she was pregnant with my brother.
