I don't know how old you are, but why not just go up to him in a non agressive way and ask him why he is picking on you? Tell him that you don't have any problems with him and you are baffled...maybe ask him if you have done something to make him dislike you.(not that you have or anything).....
It might work...you never know you might become friends.

Boys tend to pick on girls that they like. The next time he piks on you ask him if he want's to go out sometime with a real serios look and then say how about on friday at 9:00pm

well to get back at that guy the next time he calls you names in front of people u say outloud "the only reason your hating on me is because i rejected you when you asked me out, and i guess you couldn't handle it and now you act like an immature a.s.s.h.o.l.e and calling me watevers, it's life you win some this time you lost some, get over it move on" something like that.

Most likely he likes you and don't know how to express it.
I say call him names back or file a harassment complaint with your school.

Tell him how it is girl lol. i would i dont let anyone run over me and neither should you. he just does it bc he knows it gets to you and he thinks you wont do anything just tell em to leave u alone and more than that if u want lol.
