You can as long as you have your blood pressure under control with medications. If you have high blood pressure in the time before going on the ride, then it's not a good idea. But if it's been controlled for a while, it should be okay.

Lol bird feces :) well! Six flags is a fun place:) you can always swim..? If the weather is right. No waster rides just the pool. You can eat. Foods that don't interfere with your high blood pressure of course. No offense but I'd wait with you because I'm nice but not everyone wants to miss out on the fun :L you can get on stimulators if they have them. The one where I live does. All the thrill but no high drops. :) hope this was helpful

When my BP was high, I found it not a good idea to ride rides that stressed or frightened me very much. If you have no fear of the rides, the actual action and movement shouldn't adversely affect you, though

mild rides yes, but things like big rollercoasters and the parachute drop, i would say not to try it.
