just have some people in my environment who talks negative at my back, but when facing each other, they act like angels, always smiling, good talk... i don't understand...

Human nature - survival of the fittest. If someone can make you look bad it makes them look better (so they think). People are also a product of their environment. If they were raised by back-stabbers they will be back-stabbers too. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. RUN from these people as fast and as far as you can. They will bring nothing but trouble to your life.

Because some people are shallow. It's not really about you; and it's not your problem. I think people like that probably feel very isolated even among their own 'friends', and are simply using the same shallow social skills they did in elementary and high school, because they havn't stretched themselves as people to become more virtuous, and have in depth conversations with anyone outside their comfort zone.
Bumper sticker: Mean People Suck.
All they are is drama and they feed on someone who gets swept up in it. So ignore them and they'll find someone they find more interesting to 'talk' about.

That means they just don't treat you as their true friends, so neither should you. You should, however, never quarrel with them, for it's only wasting your time. Treat them friendly, but never turn to them when you really need some help.

I know what your saying, And I love it when you know they are speaking behind your back and they act overly nice to your face. My mother always said that you can count your true friend on one hand. If you have even one true friend you are blessed. People like that I only deal with them if I absolutely have to.

It comes down to attention for themselves. Lack of anything else to talk about with people, so resort to bashing others. Be honored you're worth their time, lol. Wish you the best though

They actually feel inferior and it makes them feel superior to talk trashy about someone else.
Be friendly to these people but don't associate with them any more than you have to. Make new friends.
