I assume you're talking about a job interview question... You must do research on the company you're looking to be hired to work with, so be honest, but tailor your answer to that specific company/position. If you know that the position you're applying for involves a lot of multi-tasking and you're bad at multi-tasking... either mention something else is a weakness or mention that you struggle with multi-tasking but then qualify that answer with what you're doing to deal with that weakness or how that weakness will not interfere with your job performance. If your weakness is that you take a long time to complete tasks, then say that it takes a long time for you to complete tasks, but qualify that with the fact that the reason it takes you a long time to complete tasks is because you do very thourough work and always want to be sure your work is done right the first time. So think along those lines, but make it personal and appropriate for the position you applied for. As far as your greatest strenght it is your opportunity to shine and say what you do best, but make sure you talk about something appropriate for the position and company... If you say your greatest strength is leadership and taking charge and you're applying for an entry level job, you probably won't get the job, because they are looking for someone who can be a good follower. Keep in mind that the questions an interviewer asks is to determine if you are a good fit for the job, so make any question an opportunity to convince the interviewer that you are THE FIT for that job.
