well all depends for What you need it for (but never mix the two together it's very toxic)
bleach is great to disinfect but personally i prefer vinegar to do multi purpose things around the house.
-vinagar is great to get rid of mold and mildue
-great to wash hard wood floors
-vinegar in your washing machine gets rid of the mouldy smell
-put vinagar in your load of laundry and it prevents your colour from bleading and keeps your colthes bright
-plus vinagar and a little bit of olive oil makes a great salad dressing

Just funnin, but I wouldn't use Bleach on a salad, nor would I use vinegar in the laundry to remove the grape juice stain on my shirt.

Vinegar certainly has multiple applications and benefits, as does bleach, without the toxicity.

I also suggest that OXY anything is as effective as the Oxymoron who advertises it.
