Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

try using the dandruff shampoo selsun ble when you feel a yeast infection coming on. eating yogurt will help balance you and prevent yeast infections, but you can also use plain yogurt with alittle bit of vinegar as a soothing was when you have a yeast infection.

when you get one, go to the store and buy some plain yogart with active cultures. insert (inside your uh-uh) for about four days before you go to sleep. after a while it will stop all together. also it does help if you can eat yogart every day. make sure it has active cultures(acidophillis). good luck, been there!

I hear eating more yogurt can help. I would also see your doctor if you havent already and ask her if there is anything else that can help.
