Do you happen to have a sizable amount of money for a down payment? And do you have an income so you can make the mortgage payments, pay the property taxes, pay for the water & power, buy furniture, make repairs, keep up the maintenance, etc.
Of course you want your own house right now. Privacy and independence are great. But unfortunately, the reality is that most 15 year olds don't have the financial resources to have their own home. So sorry....
But you could begin planning for the future, starting with earning some money and beginning to save for a home. If you start now, you may be able to get your own home while you are still young.

Didn't' we all want to own our own house at 15, so we could get away from our parents. You obviously have NO idea of what home ownership involves. My best advice to you is .....Talk to your parents and settle this " seemly impossible " problem you are having that makes you want to get away.

Unfortunately, without going to court and declaring yourself emancipated (which is so rare it's not worth discussing) - the legal age to enter into a contract is 18. According to the Uniform Commercial Code, you don't have legal authority to sign the sales contract, so no builder and so homeowner will even talk to you.

Gee..Why are you in such a hurry? How are you going to pay for it? Enjoy being a teenager. Home ownership means lots of responsibility.
