I want to know which one has the best quality, special features,etc.. I only want to buy one copy of each episode, so I want to get the right ones. You know what I mean?

The new releases that came out 2 weeks ago each contain the ORIGINAL movie with original stereo soundtrack AND contains the version of the movie from the first dvd release set which has been remastered and re-evolved with extra footage added in, better special effects and 5.1 soundtracks. The versions called the 'Special Editions' that were re-released to theatres just before the release of 'The Phantom Menace' with some remastered added footage HAS NOT been released on dvd, just vhs video tape. So buy the new one and you'll get versions 1 and 3 of each movie for the price of 1!!!!!!!!!!

The new discs are better than the old discs but in a since more misleading. The original tapes gave you a blur effect that the new discs have removed. I miss the original tape.
