Not anymore. I used to work in a tanning salon and had the best tan ever, but now that I am older I really regret doing it. It caused a lot of skin damage that I am trying to reverse and repair.
They try to tell you that the tanning beds are safer than the sunm but they really are not....believe me I know. I tanned indoor and outdoor and it's all damaging....
I am religious about spf 65 now.

when it is nice out i try to go tanning with out tuning a nice RED lol. I have used the bottle tanning and it is fine for something fast but it is better looking when you go out and tan. But you should wear sunscreen.

I love tanning. Anyway try to tan between 2 to 4 pm. Not too strong the sun to burn your skin and may lead to skin cancer.

I find it more convient and quicker to just buy self-tanning lotion/spray. It takes a few applications to get it right without streaking blotchy areas, but once you get the hang of it its worth the price rather than sitting out in the sun/tanning bed.
