None! You may burn off some calories though, that would eventually translate into some ounces....

You're gonna hate this... but you won't lose much, and you might gain more.

You might indeed lose body fat (good), but you'll also pick up muscle mass. I ride about 1100-1500 miles a year on my bicycle (actually, from April - Sept), and I don't lost a pound. I lose lots of fat, but my leg muscles really bulk up.

If you want to lose weight, I'd suggest spinning, swimming, running, treadmill... in other words, stuff that makes you sweat and breathe hard for long periods of time.

Try it for a month and keep track of your loss. You can't get an answer because it depends on a lot of things, one being your calorie consumption during the day.

you will actually loose alot of weight but not fat what you are doing will get rid of retained water however i have done something very simillar, you will probly loose a few pounds of water weight each time but you wont be shedding any fat but it might help reduce fat becuase you are getting rid of the water that fat cells retain.

You won't loose any pounds unless you eat less fattening food. Good luck!
