What do you consider "too long?"
Are you taking Viagra? Are you "cleaning your pipes" before a date?
It is only considered too long if it becomes uncomfortable, you should be able to tell before it gets to that point. Then stop. Give it a rest and go back later. No big deal.

But , if u are worried instead ,, then u may not be eating right or enough (irregular meals)(anxiety?)(sleeping right?)
