How do I up my sex drive?

I am 21 yrs old and its like my sex drive died.. I love everything about my fiance' and hes great and good at sex. Its me though and I dont know what to do.

I'm not sure if you already do this or not, but exercising more ups the sex drive, so does flirting with each other more, eating healthy foods so that you don't feel bloated or stuffed. You could also try strip aerobics or get the Carmen Electra erotic strip tease videos and add some spice to your sex life, and help you get in the mood and feeling sexy. By some new sexy lingerie, or make out and dry hump with your clothes on, some times heavy petting can really get a gal going. I hope I helped, good luck, if none of these help I would see a doctor b/c you are awful young to feel this way, there could be some thing out of wack hormonally.

i was like that also when i was 21, but I was very active in sports. My body was tired, i wasn't getting enough rest. Once i finally got the rest i needed it was full throttle from then on. Make sure you get plenty of rest, and exercise does increase it a little, but just don't over do it.

sometimes it just comes in stages. i got like that for a while (i'm 24), but then i went back to normal, finally!, after about 6 weeks.

seems there isn't much you can do. your body just has to work the kinks out.

you could try something new like some toys or new positions. do something intersting to break the routine.
