10,000 pennies = $100
4 quarters = $1
4 quarters * $100 = 400 quarters
the answer is 400 quarters

400 quarters = 10,000 pennies

There are 25 pennies in every quarter, right?
So divide the number of pennies by 25 to get the equivalent in quarters:

10,000 / 25 = 400.

400 quarters is the same cash amount as 10,000 pennies.
