Don't you just love the irony of it, we have gotten so "Politically Correct" that we don't want to offend someone that has done something illegal!
No matter the reason for entering the country illegally, it is still illegal and they should be punished, not coddled and given special treatment.

It's called "positive framing", or in political terms, the ol' spin master is at it again.
It is the same reason "ProAbortion" is called "ProChoice"
The old "Department of War" is now the "Defense Department"
"Welfare" is "Public Assistance"

People change the words to change pubilc opinion. It's like when they changed the estate tax to the death tax, and then everyone was against it. The general public is stupid enough for these tactics to work, so that's why it always happens.
