The other day (while trying to get my cell phone) my front right tire hit a curb at about 45mph.

Ever since then my vehicle after getting past 65 mph seems to shake from that front right side... The steering does not seem out of alignment at nearly any speed, it just shakes after 65mph.

Could this right front tire be out of balance or something worse?

If your steering wheel shakes, then you need a front end alignment. Don't know of any damages until I see the car (obviously). Wheels don't go out of balance from hitting something, unless the wheel weight broke off, but that usually costs "pocket change" (not really, but its not much).
Depending on how you hit the curb you may have a bent wheel. Good luck.

Next time PLEASE leave the cell phone alone while driving. I think this is a perfect example of why you shouldn't bother with a cell phone while driving. Be glad ALL you hit was a curb and not run someone over.

Check and make sure the rim is not bent. If you can jack up that tire, spin it by hand and watch for trouble. Could also be that the wheel weights were thrown off so that tire is unbalanced. Chances are you did knock your alignment off so you'll have to get it done so your tires don't wear out early.

Another reason not to drive and use phone at the same time!

It could be out of balance, or a small knot on the tire. You should probally have it checked at a tire shop. Good luck

More likely the rim than the tyre, but it sounds like balance to me. Any good mechanic can rebalance it by clipping on a lead weight in the right place

You just need your tires balanced, its cheap. Go to a merchants or a Goodyear shop.
