I HONESTLY want to know if a man who gets a sex change operation to become women can have an orgasm? Im not joking or being imature, i really really want to know.

I posed this same question to a friend that had went through the operation. She said that sex was better after the operation.

I'm not sure, but it might be unnatural to expect the same intensity in orgasm as in a born-gal.

It can be possible, it depends on the degree of nerve damage that occurs during the surgery. It varies.

they can have orgasm. it's what freud would call immature orgasm. i call it mindf**k. some people that aren't transgendered can breathe themselves to orgasm and have a great one with no pysical stimulation. hopefully they all know how to breathe!
