slowly becoming that way but the good advantage we have is there isn't any room downtown for further growth.
traffic is really bad and gets worse every year. there are new freeways popping up everywhere and they are adding lanes to existing ones just to keep up with all the people moving here.
the crime rate in the heart of phoenix is awful but the outer lying cities aren't too bad.
smog has been an issue for the past 10 years and is only getting worse.
i don't think we'll ever be as bad as L.A is but we come close!!

Well, it has a pro basketball team that wears purple jerseys, and plenty of hot babes that wear very little during the summer, so it's off to a good start :)

There is no 2nd LA, and I'll bet most in PHX are happy about that.
