I would recommend Ortho Bug-B-Gon Max Insect Killer. This can found in a granular form as well. you can find most Ortho products at Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, etc.

However, depending on where you live, frost will kill several insects as well.

I know that Malathion a chemical that is used on mosquitos and termites so it may also work on fleas. I think they have bottles that fit on the garden hose, and it is sprayed. Check with a hardware store or better yet a farm store.

My Ortho Gardeners Problem Solver book says to use either Ortho Flea-B-Gon Outdoor Flea and Tick Killer, Ortho Malathion 50 Plus Insect Spray, or Ortho Diazinon Ultra Insect Spray.

A product made by" Ortho." It used to be "Diazonon", it was the BEST, but this new product is good too, as they no longer make "Diazonon" You can just sprinkle it on your yard, or use the "Spreader", like what is used for grass seed, fertilizer etc.
