I am looking for a girl and she is going to a halloween party it can't show to much skin though!

Hippie. go to walmart, and find some patches in the fabric department, and iron them on to an old pair of flare jeans, put a flashy shirt, like a tye-dye or something, and make little braids in your hair, I dunno, get creative.

"Cute" and "13 year old" don't go too well together. She is a teenager now.

I hope she is going to a party; 13 is a bit too old to be Trick or Treating anymore.

As for what to be, ask her. Or come up with some celebrity ideas that she can dress as.

hmm... i think i was a genie. it shows just a lil skin around the stomach and you can fix ur hair in a cute high ponytail with sum cumfy flat shoes. add lots of glitter.
