Angela B. went on this crazy no-sugar diet while she filmed Whats Love....she also worked out 6 days a week for 5 hours each day for months. She did a lot of wieght-lifting in her workout. But alot of what contributed to her figure was all the dance routines she had to perform to play Tina Turner, she had a personal trainer that built her body and taught her the dances. Angie has kept up her toned figure to this day and she says she does cardio and wieghtlifting but if she cant do either of those Angela focuses on eating right.
