No, seriously, Peace corp, or if you have a four year degree, teaching english. you have to have some kind of four year degree though usually.
Possibly getting involved in a church organization.
Mine, (seventh day adventist) goeas down to mexico during the summers and builds churches.

If you have an undergrad degree and are a native English speaker, teaching English is the easiest way to get a job abroad. Not necessarily the best pay, but most schools offer fairly decent working conditions and it is a great way to know a country and its people.
