should I i go as sally from the nightmare before xmas or marilyn monroe? any idea or tips??

It depends if your in the mood to dress up as a 'pretty' costume this year or a 'scary' costume. Typically- scary costumes are more appropriate as it is Halloween were speaking about. I don't think anything would be wrong with wearing a 'pretty' type costume though. The point is to dress up and I don't know of any law that says you must dress up as something in which is 'scary'. I think you could have a lot of fun dressing up as Marilyn Monroe for Halloween, so that would most likely be my own pick. With Marilyn Monroe it would be fun to create her makeup look and it shouldn't be that hard to achieve either. =] Think bold red lips and maybe use black liquid liner to create a cat eye. You could use brown lipliner or eyeliner to draw on her beauty mark too. As for your hair you could either purchase a wig or if you don't want to go to the extreme, just create some loose waves. Have fun...!

It depends on your appearance. If you are tall and slender, go for Sally. If you are a bit shorter, go for Marilyn, because as long as you have the lips and eyes covered in makeup, it doesn't matter what you look like. *wink* And as for hair, anything and everything can be covered with a wig. :D Have fun on Halloween!

Marilyn Monroe, find the white flowy dress and blond wig, or curl yours and pin it up, don't forget the fake eyelashes and red lipstick.

"Runaway Bride" - Wear a bridal gown and sneakers.
"Partly Cloudy With A Chance of Showers" - Wear blue surgical scrubs, glue cotton in a patchy pattern all over the shirt and carry a squirt gun.
"Static Cling" - Wear any kind of mismatched clothes, pin one pant leg up, pin dryer sheets on you as well as socks, small towels, etc., and then use hair gel to make your hair look like it has static.
"Nick Nolte Mug Shot" - Wear a Hawaiian shirt. Put tons of gel and baby oil in your hair and blow dry it upside down making it look as crazy as possible. Hang a small sign around your neck that says "Nolte, Nick" with a case number.

I don't think you should go as any of these.I think you shouls go as a devil,vampire,or a cat.
