and cocoa butter

Walking, running, jumping rope, things like that.
doing cardiovascular work outs help to lose weight and tone your body.
yoga is also very good!
also to get rid of stretch marks, rub some cocoa butter on them, preferably palmer's cocoa butter, I had a friend that used it and it worked!

firm body::: well, do you mean like no cellulite or like hard body? for no cellulite just drink tons of water, lay off the fatty foods, and rub shea butter on
getting rid of stretch marks:: Majorly good lotion attack...
