Hmm, normally it would be the second brightest star by the Beta designation, but Draco is an exception -- Beta Draconis (also known as Rastaban) is the *third* brightest star in the constellation, not the second.
So the answer is not C or D...and although it's a yellow/white supergiant star, I don't believe we *know* if it's the largest (or second largest) star in the constellation...

Your teacher might not know that Draco is an exception to the normal Bayer lettering system, and that Beta isn't the second brightest...?

Are these test questions being asked by the same person or several different people from the same class? And do you know that there is a separate astronomy section where these questions would fit better?
