sense of being good and bad is "Pyrrhic" as in a Pyrrhic victory.
A Pyrrhic victory is one that, while still a victory, is achieved at too great a cost. That would be sort of a bittersweet event.

good one, I'm stumped -- its a unique word without a direct one word synonym as far as I can tell -- "tinged", mingled or tainted are the closest I can get.
