I stopped taking the pill on Friday the 6th of October. I was taking antibiotics before then and heard this can decrease the affectiveness of the pill. I want to get pregnant and ever since friday had sex on friday (once, saturday (twice), sunday (once), and monday (once), who thinks that it is possible that I could be pregnant?. I want to get pregnant so quickly but heard it can take a while to get back into your normal cycle after taking the pill. Does anyone think that I can get pregnant before christmas. My sister went striaght off the pill and got pregnant straight away.

I got pregnant after missing 2 days of the pill while I was taking it. I have heard that some people get pregnant fairly quickly while it takes others longer. Just be patient and don't try too hard, or you might stress your body into stopping having periods all together. If things go well, you will probably be pregnant by christmas. If not, shortly thereafter.

Depends, can take some people a year to get prego after they go off the pill

i was on the pill for 6 + years then went off it ttc it took hubbie and i 1 1/2 to get preggers. jus try not to stress over it it will happen when it happens good luck

Usually takes about 3 months but I think thats the longest it would take

It's a crapshoot. My experience was that it took several months to hit. But you could get lucky.
