I'm thinking that you must be on some kind of drugs. Surveyors have no power to do anything but interpret deeds and lay them out on the ground. If the seller wishes to only sell 7.2 acres of his land, he may legally do so as long as the property is split by the owner or seller. A surveyor cannot "steal" land. He can only measure it.

You don't say where you live, so it's tough to talk legalities.

I'd start with a good lawyer and a trip to the title office to show them the evidence.
