When I saw this question I was thinking something totally different. Here in Manila we have a bar (not chocolate in a wrapper but a place where people drink) called "Max Brenner : chocolate by the bald man".
There's tons of chocolate items on the menu, good menu, good atmosphere. All the waiters have to have a shaved head too, ads to the ambiance. There's a lover's chocolate called "Magnum" and you have to eat it together.
They have scotch on the menu too. But chocolate + scotch = you on the toilet for a while.
