Sorry there is nothing that can be done once there is water damage and the phone will not charge you are unable to get this info. If it would come on you could send it or use a usb cable, however with no power - there is no luck

the basic resuse is, remove the battery right away, and try to use the cloth or tissue to dry up, thoroughly! And let it wait for a moment, and put back the battery, see working or not, if not, then go to consult the doctor cellular, it may charge you for some remedy parts. Good Luck!

get motorola to back up the system and fix your phone it should cost from 15 - 25$
