ive been sick for a few days..finally went to the doc today. he siad i have Intestinal flu...about how many days does it last? and how do i make sleeping easier? thanks :))

I am assuming you have some kind of virus or bacteria in your intestinal tract. Hopefully you haven't eaten any fresh spinach lately with all the ecoli. Depending on what exactly you have it can take time. The average virus last 7-10 days. You need to drink plenty of clear liquids and try some Imodium if you are having cramping and diarrhea. If you are not satisfied with what this doctor told you (I wouldn't be with all the recent ecoli) I would seek another opinion.
