1. How is your worker to management relationship?
2. What type of Benefits do you offer your employees?
3. Does the Company help with continuing education of the employees to benefit the company in the future?
4. Is there opportunity for advancement?
5. Can I get Drunk and Smoke Pot at work? Oops, we better wait until we get hired to ask that one.
6. When you hire me, what is appropriate clothing to wear or expected by the company?
Well, it been a while since I interviewed. What I would do is research the Company best you can and ask some of those above questions, but, also try to focus on Future plans of the company. Try to carry the conversations best you can. Tell about yourself, hobbies, goals and maybe joke if the opportunity arise.

There are some questions I usually use during when I am being interviewed:
- "What would you expect of me?" This is more effective if it is to your potential boss.
- "What can I expect from you?" This can be directed to your potential boss to find out how they will personally watch out for you. If you are not being interviewed by your potential boss, you can find out ways that the company will take care of you.
- "What is something you would like to change in the company?" This is one that should be directed to an individual and only if things are going well. It puts the interviewer on the spot though and they can either be straight with you or beat around the bush. However they answer it will tell you something about the person.
- Make sure to ask about raises, bonuses (do they do annual? signing? customer satisfaction?), BENEFITS (medical, dental, visual, family, etc), anything company unique (picnics, parties, travel, etc).
- "What do you like best about the company?" again, this will tell you a lot about the person but it will also tell you a bit about the company. If they can answer with something good right away then you can be pretty certain they like their work and company. If they beat around the bush, dodge the question, or can't give you an answer It will tell you a lot about the company and that they might not be so happy with their own job.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Well, whenever I'm in an interview, I would like to ask more about the job scope like the duties and responsibilities, the hours of work, are there any additional trainings does the company offer to improve the staff etc. I don't find it appropriate to ask about the salary, some employers find it a Turn-off when the applicants ask about the salary offered for the job position.
On the employer side...questions they ask are usually like:
- Why you choose our company to apply in?
- How did you know about our company?
- If you are hired, what can you contribute to the company?
- What makes you eligible for the position?
- Describe yourself.
- What makes you different amoung the others? Why should we hire you?
And stuff like that...
I hope you get the job.. take care =)
