Well talk to both of them and let you know how you feel about this. Just tell them it is hurting your feelings and you want to be included in more than they are allowing you to be. Just be open and honest.

if your cuz is a boy then let it be for a little bit, but if its a girl and she truly is you BEST friend just kinda casualy bring it up dont make a hudge deal about it until you know how she will take it and you can talk to your cousin about it the same way, you can also kinda be a third wheel and bug them until they get the message

I will tell my cousin, I love you, you my fam but I feel like you taking my best friend away and she acts different when she's aroung you.
Then I would tell my best friend the truth why are you ignoring me. If ya'll are best friends you should be able to tell her how you feel. Tell you are treating me like an outcast when I introduced you to my own cousin, and now you're acting like you and my cousin are best friends.

Sounds like your jealous!
There is nothing wrong witth your friend hanging out with your cousin, its her/his choice to do what they feel like doing.
Sure you might get aggravated, or even pissed off.
Have you had a fight with your best friend? Do you know the reason why you are not hanging around anymore?

Hey! My cousin moved into my school district! and i introduced her to all of my friends, and my bff (since Kindergarden) took her over.. and my cousin took over all of my other friends, all my friends excluded me from everything! this happened last year! i havent talked to my cousin or ex bff for 5 months! but i have lunch with my cousin, so we talk a lil! but my parents got in a fight with my cousins parents (my aunt n uncle)!!!
we even talked with guidence !!!.. nothing worked for us!

one good turn deserves another... actlike you could care less... hell... hand with her boyfriend... or cousin... move on and find a real best friend... and is she cares she will see you have moved on and will come back around... if this doesn't bother her than she wasn't a real friend to start with...
