If my man acted like that he would find himself walking alone and sleeping alone while becoming real friendly with his hand and a kleenex. That is just nasty and should not be tolerated.

I would spray him with as much cologne as possible.
I would either spray an air freshner all around him or walk away to another area or section of that public place.
