try the internet i found love in a chatroom...theres so many different places to find someone just look.

Coffee houses, libraries, music stores, grocery store. You might have to broaden your horizons a bit. Start slow and go to one or two new places a week. Start being seen and remember to smile. You'll get there and then you will be busy, busy, busy. Good luck.

So i'm guessing you don't wanna go to a bar or club so try:
Mall
Cafe
Bookstore
Grocery store (i've seen it happen)
Post office
DMV (while waiting in line, talk to people around you)
In general, just immerse yourself in people and talk to them. Most people don't bite! ;-)
It works well if you get them in a boring situation (like waiting in line at the DMV, store, etc)
