The reason i ask is because i know it can affect your cycle but i was due 8 days ago and im not sure if this is due to coming off the pill or not

It can take up to a year for your body and cycle to get back to normal. So dont stress. Perhaps you could ask your doctor or Pharmasist if there is any natural suppliments that can help regulate your cycle, such as chaste berry extract.

The best reassurance might be to get a pregnancy test. The first couple times of coming off the pill it took a while to get regular.
Last time I didn't have a period for 6 weeks and thought it was just hormones then I realized I was pregnant!

Some become pregnant right away, others have a period.
Everyone is chemical different and that is why what is the standard for some, may not be the standard for others.
