some days when i am walking in the hallway i spot my girl friend talking and walking with this guy,(taller, skinnier) sometimes i think he can just be a friend to her but i am not sure... i really want to know is my girl cheating on me with this guy

Girls can be friends with guys without any kind of attraction. Same as you with your girl-friends. Enough said about that.
I think she would be a little discreet if she's "already" cheating on you. If this is a situation that you think would lead to her cheating on you, you should talk to her about it.
After all, relationships are all about communication! It might make you feel better if you know the guy too, he could be gay for all we know and theyre just swapping tips or gossip or something of mutual interest.

Men and woman can be just friends. that laddertheory website is a joke(litterally)- i mean it uses dialoge from when harry met sally as scientific data...Flat out asking if she is cheating is effective, but you might offend her, she will assume you dont trust her. Bring up the guy casualy, like ask, "hey who's that guy you were talking to, i see him around but dont think i've met him" and guage her reaction. If she gets defensive of flushed, starts to lie, or avoid answering, then you should worry. If she's casual and responds as she would anything else, without getting flustered, or trying to avoid answering, then she probably is just friends.

If you are worried about her cheating on you because you've seen her talk to a guy a couple times then maybe you have security issues. Maybe there is more to the story that you left out? The reality is that with the info you have given, there is very little way to say what's going on.

Just confront her on it. Girls are able to just be friends with guys, but I think most guys are friends with girls for other reasons. Guys don't normally "open up" to other girls. He's playing the "friend" route so he can figure out what she wants and what it is that you are not doing, so he can put himself in a better position to take her away from you.

I think that if she were cheating with this guy, she would be more secretive about it. If it really bothers you, talk to her about it.
