Set a goal and connect it to your future. Say " I want to *insert job here*, so I have to keep working for it." For example, when I have a set goal I tell myself that i'm doing this for the girl I love.

Get rid of all distractions, no tv, radio, or anything else on. Try to get in a room with no people and ask for privacy and no interuptions. Then set little goals and try to understand the material you are studying. Take time to absorb the material.

well make it a game that is fun for you. when you want to study make whatever you are studding a game like monoply or card game and make points out of it if you need help deduct points and if you do not need help make it 5-20 pts depending on the hardness of the questions

get used to it it is called procrastination..... i have a major problem with it... for example, the day i moved from my house, i was still packing boxes.
