Why do men in television shows, or real life always think that marriage is a downward spiral to hell? i don't get that?

Because they like using women and when they're through, they just "trash" them (in the television shows and possibly in real life).

Bc they think that once they are married they cant hump more than one person. But for me, my husband proposed to me without even talking to me about it. He plays his video games whenever he wants, and it is a give, give relationship. If you aren't ready to settle down, then don't. But it isn't bad being married. Those people who say bad things about it are scared of commitment.

because they think that once you're married, then that's it. You're stuck with one person for life and you can't go back. They just want to get a girl, do what they want to do with them, and get another once their done. They just want to have fun. Like that saying "Men are DOGS"

Because they are afraid of commitment I guess. Not all men are that way some take marriage seriously however not very many.

my husband doesn't think that even though is parents marriage was crap . hes always taking good about me and complimenting me hes awesome.
