Find a Haunted House or a Haunted Hay Ride to go to.. This would be awesome and so much fun. Then after wards you could go Moonlite Bowling!!

Happy Birthday to You!!!

Get a video camera and film yourself and friends acting stupid and funny. Don't do anything too stupid of course! Do stuff like smash a pie in one of your friends face, do impressions of celebs, lip synch and do air guitar, dress in funny clothes. Simply have fun and be wild! You will have several fun memories to look back on. :)

Happy birthday!

If you've got one local, ice skating or roller skating rinks are relatively cheap and lots of violent fun. Violent? I meant innocent. Unless you like violence. 8^)

it depends on what you are interested in.

a house party would be relatively inexpensive and you could plan out activities for your friends to participate in, perhaps sports, or sleepover and such.

otherwise some other fun options could be cosmic bowling or movies.

Dunno... My b-day was yesterday (Sunday)- turned 31, and I mucked stalls for my neighbor. He recently started teaching me about horses, so I've been helping care for them- brushing, etc.... Sure, it was STINKY (OMG- the stink!!!), but, hey- do you know the equine equivalent of a human pucker?... ROFL!!!
