I have a 95 Acura Integra, and when should the OEM struts, shocks and springs should be replaced? It has 84k miles and it has been making a lot of springy noises, and clanking when I hit bumps etc. The front left side of the car seems a little lower than the right side, and I'm assuming that the springs are worn out?

Most likely the shocks and struts need to be replaced. Ive never had to replace springs. My car has over 100k miles and the shocks are still good. Any noise from underneath could be bad bushings or well anything relating to the suspension. Take it in for alignment and let them have a look around for worn bushings, tie rods and such. Unless its overly bouncing as you drive the springs and shocks should be fine.
