The vast majority of the people on this globe do NOT support Bush, whom they must find amusing for his inability to speak English better than an elementary school student.
I believe Americans would benefit from a dramatically improved quality of public education - perhaps if they would consider their huge trade deficits and begin patronizing their own industries, they'd be able to afford that improvement. With a better education, they would most likely stop self-destructing as they are now.
The average Japanese high school graduate, for example, possesses more accumulated, common academic knowledge than an American college graduate. Concerning international politics, many Americans are, in a word, boobs, unable to think beyond Little Rock or Topeka or wherever they live far away from the realities of the world. Their inability to assess the obvious shortcomings of their comical yet tragic president are the reasons he is still supported by
an increasingly small percentage of his compatriots. It's not a Republican-Democrat issue. It's a global terror in its own right.

George W Bush is a great man who will go down in history as one of our greatest Presidents.
Great Cabinet ... Supream Court appointments ... Chairman of the Federal Reserve appointment ... supports life (in all stages) ... want's to fix Social Security (foiled by the dirty demecrates & AARP) ... and has fixed an Economy Billy B-Job ruined.
Should you really put the blame on one man, then you need to go back to school and learn how the Government works ... the Presidents isn't all that powerful ... sure more power than the Queen ... but none the less, there are others who run the government.

They can be reasonably intelligent and still support Bush by ignoring all the bullshit propaganda that Bush-haters are using to belittle him. Sure, Bush sucks, but can you prove it to me without spouting some nonsense you heard in "Fahrenheit 9-11" or The Daily Show?
I disagree with many of Bush's policies, but I still often end up defending him at my very liberal college because most of the strongest Bush haters have no actual reason for disliking him. Find a real reason to hate, not just because all your friends think he's a stupidy stupidson.

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that he appeals to an audience out there that still has deep rooted hatred for "touchy issues" Let's face it, we can be very hateful people sometimes, gays, arabs, abortionists. Why do you think they always bring up these issues right around election time. Gay marriage was a HUGE issue during elections now you barely hear about it. Abortion is a HUGE issue during elections, you know the whole "family values" argument and people latch onto these hate related topics because it is easy to hate gays, arabs etc. It is sad but the numbers don't lie.

It takes a very twisted mind to support Bush. And I think fewer and fewer people are supporting Bush as time goes by. The situation for the next two years is horrible. I just hope he does not start World War III.

I have an I.Q. of over 200, and I support Bush for one reason -- because he is the President of the United States and I am a citizen of this country. And as a citizen it is my duty to stand behind my elected leaders. And if I disagree with what the elected leaders are doing, it is my right and obligation to see to it that in the next election those who have not fulfilled thier obligations as elected officials are not reelected.
All these complainers need to put their money where there mouths are -- work with the system, instead of complaining about something you aren't willing to do anything about.

Even Bush would not support Bush now.
He did not see this outcome. If Bush could do things over he would have done things differently. He may not even have attacked Iraq.
