Way too much money is being spent on the anti-marijuana commercials. Why aren't there any anti-cocaine commercials, or anti-heroine commercials?

The commercials are aimed at kids because that's the only people that might slightly be influenced by them. Most kids don't have enough money for cocaine or heroin, so they focus on pot. The stupid thing is that they only make it appear to be a common problem, so more kids are trying it because they think everyone else has.

MOre importantly, why are the anti alcohol and anti cigarette commercials run during non prime time, like in the middle of the night or at 5 AM on Sunday morning?
