As Of Now, The PSP Does Not Support Viewing Text Unless It's Online..
One Suggestion I To Put Your Text In A Picture Editing Software Like MS Paint, Save It (psp supports jpg format), And Transfer It via MemoryStick Reader Or USB And View It On The PSP's PHOTO Section..
I Have Another Idea That I Have Not Tried That Requires You Saving The File As TXT Or Something, Save On MemoryStick And Read It On The PSP Web Browser, But I'm Not Completely Sure About That Yet..

If You Need Some Additional Help, Like More Info On Transfering Files, Don't Hesitate To Contact Me!

When you connect your PSP to your computer via a USB cable you can simply drag the file (notes) on to your PSP, in any of the folders, however, you will not be able to view the notes using your PSP. You will basically be using your PSP like a USB "thumb" drive. Currently PSPs can only display/play music, photos, internet files.

this may be in the prompt protection settings on your prompt router. you in many situations can get into your router with the aid of beginning off a information superhighway browser and getting into the IP handle of the router in the handle element of the browser. you may could enter your username and password to get entry to the router. as quickly as in the router interface, the WPA key could be in the prompt protection settings.
