What you have is a BSOD crash, or a blue screen of death.
You should be getting on that blue page a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down, followed by a stop code. If you get this stop code, email me and i will tell you what it means.
But since you most likely dont get that far then you have improperly installed hardware or faulty hardware.
If you recently install anything take it out to see if that works. If you did not then a couple of things that can cause this is bad RAM or a bad video card. Not being there with it or knowing more info its hard to say.
Overclocking your system can cause this too, but probally not your case.
Have you checked the little battery on your MB? Is your PC older, if so then the battery may be bad.
So many things could be wrong, but most likely a faulty driver or hardware.Posting more info about it would help.
Did you recently install anything?
Did you recently change hardware?

Hopefully you have the restore disk that came with your computer....if you don't you might have a problem.
If you have your restore disk, insert it and restart your computer, it should boot from the disk. If it does not, remove the disk, restart again and enter you system bios...there you can set your computer to boot from the disk.
After you do that, put the disk back in and restart again. When it boots from the disk, you will be given different options, depending on what type of computer you have. You will have to do a complete system restore, then your computer should work fine.
If it does not run for you after doing this...take it to a professional to get repaired.

Could be a number of things.
When you first start, hit F2 when it says to to change your bios.
Make it boot from CD first and put your windows (version) cd in the drive and reboot.
Reinstall your windows and try booting again.
If it still doesn't work, you could have a faulty hard drive, a faulty motherboard, a bad virus... any number of things.
Better yet, just take it to a pc repair shop and forget what I said up there.
**EDIT** To those of you who asked how he is asking this question then... try thinking for a change... many people have 2 computers...
